We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut or custom-colored products

  • Installed or used items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Specific items such as certain posts and gates may be non-returnable as indicated at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. If applicable, include photos (for damaged/defective items)

  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
